Winners of GRÉEA’s graduate student scholarships competition – fall 2021

The GRÉEA is pleased to announce the winners of its graduate student scholarships competition for the fall term 2021. In alphabetical order:

  • Véronique Armstrong, PhD student in philosophy at UdeM for her research project “La protection de l’environnement: sa dimension émotive dans un contexte carniste”. Véronique Armstrong is cosupervised by Christine Tappolet (UdeM) and Valéry Giroux (UdeM).
  • Hugo Cardinal, master student in philosophy at Université de Montréal (UdeM) for his research project “Vers une ontologie environnementale fondée sur la biologie processuelle”. Hugo Cardinal will be co-supervised by Antoine C.-Dussault (Lionel-Groulx, CIRST) and Frédéric Bouchard (UdeM).
  • Denisa Szabo, master student in philosophy at Université du Québec à Montréal (UQAM) for her research project “L’agentivité morale chez les animaux non humains”. Denisa Szabo is supervised by Mauro Rossi (UQAM).
